Paramaribo, Suriname

Paramaribo, Suriname
Population: 242,946
Language: Dutch & Sranantongo
Paramaribo and Suriname as a whole is interesting. Not your Spanish-Latin city but Dutch, the intricate inner city is a UNESCO world heritage site where Dutch colonists built blocks of terrace style homes and buildings. Spanish and tribal influences formed together and help mould this city into what it is today. A bustling city with a melting pot of culture, cuisine and language. Why not come, it is different and an experience that will sure stand out from those dull ones.
